Welcome to the Gottorf Castle's Museum of Art and Cultural History

The Museum of Art and Cultural History is housed on Schleswig’s museum island in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. It provides a unique view of the highlights of the northern Federal German State’s art and cultural history. At the same time, the museum presents special exhibitions of nationally and internationally known artists each year.
